What differs
- Odoo Community runs on Knova Cloud, with no Enterprise subscription at all; Odoo.sh only runs Odoo Enterprise.
- Your own server is an option: Server Pro adds monitoring, daily backups with weekly restore tests, a security audit and a web terminal.
- Pull request previews and an AI explanation of failed builds come with every hosted plan.
- A Dubai-based team and a website in Arabic.

How to estimate an Odoo.sh bill
Four numbers decide the monthly cost. The calculator above does the arithmetic once you have them.
Count your workers
Odoo's deployment guide estimates about 1 worker per 6 concurrent users. Most small teams start with 1 or 2.
Measure your storage
Take the size of your database and its files, then add room for a year of growth. A full backup's size is a fair first estimate.
Choose your staging environments
One staging environment is enough for most teams. Agencies testing several changes in parallel use more.
Add the licence
Odoo.sh needs an Odoo Enterprise subscription for your users, priced separately by Odoo S.A. Budget for both lines.
How the calculator works
Every number comes from a published price list, with its source.
- Odoo.sh: $72 per worker, $0.25 per GB and $18 per staging environment a month ($57.60, $0.20 and $14.40 billed yearly), from odoo.sh/pricing, checked 5 October 2026.
- Knova Cloud: the live price list of the pricing page, with the same arithmetic as the plan configurator.
- Your own server: Server Pro per server plus what your provider charges for the server. Installing a new Odoo is $150 once.
- Odoo.sh listed shared hosting up to 8 workers when we checked; larger projects need its dedicated hosting, priced separately.
- Not included anywhere: taxes, the Odoo Enterprise subscription and implementation work.
Questions about Odoo.sh pricing
How much does Odoo.sh cost compared with Knova Cloud?
Odoo.sh charges $72 per worker, $0.25 per GB and $18 per staging environment a month, and requires an Odoo Enterprise subscription on top. Per unit, our hosted prices are the same as Odoo.sh's published prices: $72 per worker, $0.25 per GB of storage and $18 per staging environment a month (Odoo.sh prices from odoo.sh/pricing, checked 5 October 2026). Knova Cloud also hosts Community with no licence, and manages your own server for $5 a month.
Does the calculator include the Odoo Enterprise licence?
No. Odoo.sh requires an Odoo Enterprise subscription on top of hosting, priced by Odoo S.A. On Knova Cloud you only need one for Enterprise, and Community runs without it.
What does running Odoo on my own server cost?
Server Pro is $5 per server a month, or $2 a month billed yearly, plus what your provider charges for the server. Installing a new Odoo on it is $150 once, refunded in full if the install fails.
How current are the Odoo.sh prices?
They are the prices published on odoo.sh/pricing, last checked on 5 October 2026. Check that page before you commit, as prices can change.
How many Odoo workers do I need?
Odoo's deployment guide estimates about 1 worker per 6 concurrent users, meaning people using Odoo at the same moment, and most small teams start with 1 or 2. Size for your busiest hour, and check requests and response times in the Monitor tab before adding more: one slow action needs profiling, not more workers.
Is the Odoo Enterprise licence included?
No. Odoo Community is free and needs no licence; for Enterprise, you subscribe with Odoo S.A. and enter your subscription code inside Odoo once production is live. The Enterprise apps themselves are provided by Knova Cloud, and you never share your subscription code with us.
