Two simple models. On the Cloud Buddy cloud you pay for production capacity: $72 per worker, $0.25 per GB of storage and $18 per staging environment each month. On your own server, Server Pro is $5 per server per month and a new Odoo install is $150 once.

$150 per instance, once. Odoo 17 to 20, Community or Enterprise, with your domain and HTTPS, sized for your server and followed live. $120 with yearly Server Pro (20% off). Refunded in full if it fails.

What a plan typically costs
The three starting points of the pricing page, with their current totals. Every quantity can be changed.
- Starter (a small team getting started): 1 worker, 10 GB of storage and 1 staging environment: $92.50 per month billed monthly, or $74.00 per month billed yearly ($888.00 per year).
- Growing (several departments on Odoo): 2 workers, 50 GB of storage and 2 staging environments: $192.50 per month billed monthly, or $154.00 per month billed yearly ($1,848.00 per year).
- Scale (busy shop or many users): 4 workers, 200 GB of storage and 4 staging environments: $410.00 per month billed monthly, or $328.00 per month billed yearly ($3,936.00 per year).

Questions about pricing
How much does Cloud Buddy cost?
You pay per month for the capacity of production: $72 per worker, $0.25 per GB of storage and $18 per staging environment when billed monthly, or $57.60, $0.20 and $14.40 when billed yearly. Development builds, backups, monitoring, the shell, SSH and custom domains are included in every plan. Prices exclude taxes and Odoo Enterprise licences.
How much does Odoo hosting cost in the UAE?
On Cloud Buddy, a hosted Odoo costs $72 per worker per month plus $0.25 per GB of storage, or less when billed yearly, and a staging environment is $18 per month, all billed in USD. Keeping Odoo on your own server costs $5 per server per month with Server Pro, plus $150 once per Odoo install. Odoo Enterprise licences are extra, and prices exclude taxes.
How much does it cost to manage my own server?
Server Pro is $5 per server per month, or $2 per month billed yearly ($24 a year), and each server has its own subscription you can cancel on its own. Installing a new Odoo on a server is a one-time $150 per instance, 20% less on a server with yearly Server Pro, refunded in full if the install fails.
What is a worker?
A worker is an Odoo process that serves one request at a time on production. More workers let more people use Odoo at once. Most small teams start with one or two and add more as usage grows.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once for twelve months at a lower monthly rate, up to 20% less than monthly billing. The pricing page shows the monthly equivalent and how much you save over paying monthly.
Is the Odoo Enterprise licence included?
No. Odoo Community is free and needs no licence; for Enterprise, you subscribe with Odoo S.A. and enter your subscription code inside Odoo once production is live. The Enterprise apps themselves are provided by Cloud Buddy, and you never share your subscription code with us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and billing stops after it. Plans paid online are cancelled from the Billing page of the dashboard; otherwise write to cloud@knovadigital.com. Download a full backup first: it is a standard Odoo backup that restores anywhere.
