What is Odoo Cloud?
Odoo Cloud is a managed hosting service for Odoo that deploys from GitHub: every branch of your repository runs as its own Odoo environment with a URL, logs, a web shell and backups. Each project has development, staging and production stages, and daily tested backups, monitoring, SSH and custom domains are included.
Are Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise both supported?
Yes, both editions are supported on every version from 14 to 20. Odoo Community is free and needs no licence. For Odoo Enterprise, the Enterprise apps are provided by the platform, but the licence is not included: you buy the subscription from Odoo S.A. and enter its code inside Odoo.
How much does Odoo Cloud cost?
You pay per month for the capacity of production: $72 per worker, $0.25 per GB of storage and $18 per staging environment when billed monthly, or $57.60, $0.20 and $14.40 when billed yearly. Development builds, backups, monitoring, the shell, SSH and custom domains are included in every plan. Prices exclude taxes and Odoo Enterprise licences.
Where is my data hosted?
Your databases, files and backups are stored on the servers Odoo Cloud operates, with each project isolated from the others. When offsite backups are configured, encrypted copies are also kept with a storage provider in a second location. Projects run in our Asia region; a UAE region is opening soon for customers who need their data in the UAE.
Can I move from Odoo.sh or another host?
Yes. Connect the same GitHub repository, then import your database into a staging or production branch: a backup zip from Odoo.sh or Odoo's database manager, or a PostgreSQL dump. Large uploads are sent in resumable chunks, and the database has to be on the same Odoo version as the project.
