Monitoring and status

Uptime, incidents and downtime alerts on the Status page, and the Monitor graphs of each branch.

Uptime

The platform checks every server once a minute. The project's Status page shows uptime over the past day, week and month, and refreshes on its own.

Incidents

Production is counted as down after 3 failed checks in a row (about 3 minutes). The incident is listed on the Status page with its duration and the last error. Deploys, restores and upgrades are deliberate and don't count.

Downtime alerts

Turn on Email me when production is down on the Status page: you get a bell notification and an email when production goes down, and again when it's back. It's on by default for admins.

Monitor tab

A branch's Monitor tab graphs CPU, memory, requests, response times, storage and emails of its running build. Builds and other events are marked on the graphs, so you can see what changed after a release.
