Odoo Enterprise

Enterprise apps are provided by the platform. Register your subscription code inside Odoo.

Odoo Cloud runs Odoo Community by default. Tick Enterprise when the project is created, or later in Settings → Odoo version & Enterprise : the next build of every branch includes the Odoo Enterprise apps. They are provided by the platform , so you don't need access to Odoo's code repositories, and you never give your subscription code to Odoo Cloud .

Register your subscription

Wait until production is live Once production has built with Enterprise, Connect to it.

Enter the code in Odoo Use the Register your subscription banner at the top of Odoo, or Settings in Odoo, and enter the subscription code from your Odoo contract.

This is the same as on an on-premise Enterprise install. The code is stored in the production database. Staging and development copies are neutralized, which removes the code, so they never count as another database of your subscription.

Without a registered code Production runs, but Odoo shows the database as unregistered and it expires after Odoo's grace period (about a month). Enterprise upgrades also need the code.

Switching an existing Community production database to Enterprise installs the Enterprise web client on the next production build, after an update backup. Install the other Enterprise apps from Odoo's Apps menu.
